Online Banking Poland

Online Banking Poland is a bank transfer payment method created in partnership with Przelewy24 that allows shoppers to complete transactions using an online account from any of Poland’s major banks. Online banking is the most popular payment method in Poland, and provides a quick and secure alternative to entering credit card details at checkout.

Once connected, shoppers meeting the requirements will see Online Banking Poland as an available payment option at checkout.

After proceeding with their order, they will be taken to the Online Banking Poland payment page, where they can select their bank or use their 6-digit BLIK code to complete the transaction.

When the order is placed, it will appear in your control panel as onlinebanking_pl (via gateway) in the Payment Method field. Orders placed using Online Banking Poland share the same fulfillment process as typical orders.

• Your store must meet the following criteria:
  • You must have PLN as an available transactional currency.
  • Your store must use Optimized One-Page Checkout.
• Shopper Requirements
  • Shoppers must have PLN selected as their transaction currency.
  • Shoppers must use an address in Poland at checkout.
• Limitations
  • Manual capture is not supported.

• Additional Setup
  • You must request the payment method to be added to your Adyen account.
  • If you set up Adyen after June 2022, contact our Support team to have Online Banking Poland enabled in your store.
    • If you are not sure when you enabled Adyen, our team can check to see if Online Banking Poland is available for your account.

Can I offer BLIK payments separately from the Online Banking Poland payment method?
