MyBank is a popular direct bank transfer payment method in Italy and is integrated by over 140 banks. Using MyBank, your shoppers can easily and securely complete transactions using their banking credentials. Because it uses real-time bank transfers, the payments made with MyBank are 100% guaranteed.
How It Works
Once enabled, shoppers meeting the requirements will see MyBank at the Payment step of checkout.
After proceeding with the order, they will be taken to the MyBank payment page to select their bank and enter their credentials.
When the order is placed, it will appear in your control panel as gateway (MyBank) or MyBank (via gateway) in the Payment Method field. Orders placed using MyBank share the same fulfillment process as typical orders.
Requirements and Limitations
- Your store must meet the following criteria:
- You must have EUR as an available transactional currency.
- Your store must use Optimized One-Page Checkout.
- Shopper Requirements
- Shoppers must have EUR selected as their transaction currency.
- Limitations
- Delayed capture is not supported by any MyBank integration.

- You must request MyBank to be added to your Nexi XPay merchant account. To request MyBank, complete this contract and return it to PPRO, Nexi's Partner.
- You must enable MyBank in your Nexi merchant account under the Alternative Payments menu with the ID you received from PPRO.
- If you are using Monte dei Paschi di Siena, Banca Popolare di Sondrio and Banca del Piemonte for banking purposes, you must request MyBank activation directly from your relevant banking branch.

FAQ
Are recurring payments supported on MyBank?
If you have connected MyBank via Mollie, you can use it in conjunction with SEPA Direct Debit to enable Stored International Bank Account Numbers (IBANs). Stored IBANs cannot be used by the customer on future orders, but it can be used by the merchant for recurring charges, such as subscriptions.
If you have connected MyBank with PayPal, it will not support recurring payments.
