Promotion Banners
PayPal Pay Later Messaging
If you are using the PayPal payment gateway, you can enable PayPal Pay Later Messaging (also known as Pay-in-4 and Pay-in-3 banners) to let shoppers know that you offer this option. Select Enable Pay Later Messaging (or Enable PayPal Pay in 4 Messaging), then select the locations for displaying storefront banners.
If you are using Braintree, you must authorize your storefront with your PayPal account before you can display messaging banners. Click Authorize PayPal to display messaging and sign in to your PayPal account to activate the messaging settings.
The storefront banners display PayPal Pay Later branding and provide information on the different installment options available. If the product price, cart contents, or order value is within the supported range, the banners also communicate the potential installment cost of the individual product or combined cart contents.
Styling the Promotion Banners
In themes based on Cornerstone 5.5.0 or newer, you can change certain styling elements of the Pay Later promotion banner to match the style of your storefront. These customization settings can be found in Page Builder under Theme Styles › Payment Banners.
Theme customization settings are only available for the home, product, and cart page banners. The checkout page banner cannot be customized.
You can change the color and size of the banners that appear on your homepage and product pages. You can also adjust the color, style, and position of the logo in the cart banner.
Changes to banner appearance do not take effect immediately after publishing. You must go to the settings tab for your payment gateway (Braintree or PayPal) in the control panel, then disable and re-enable Pay Later Messaging in order to see the changes in your store.
FAQ

Can I customize the appearance of the PayPal Pay Later button in my storefront?
If you are using Cornerstone 6.12.0 or newer and have connected PayPal Pay Later via the PayPal payment gateway or Braintree, you can adjust the color of the PayPal Pay Later button on storefront product pages, cart page, the top of the checkout page, and the Payment step of checkout using the Payment buttons settings found in Page Builder.
If you are using a different theme, check your theme’s documentation to see if it supports payment button customization.
