Order Notifications

Order notifications are brief messages informing you that an order has been placed or order message has been created. They are an excellent way to keep tabs on your business and customer concerns.

For information on notifications, the customer receives when placing a new order or when the status of their order changes, see Customer Order Notifications.

Order Notifications

There are two methods for receiving notifications: email and text. Notifications will include order details and will include a link to your store to view the order. If the notification is for an order message, you will be provided with the customer name, order ID, message and a link to view the message within your store.
