eNETS is a popular payment method in Singapore that allows shoppers to make real-time payments from their bank accounts. With eNETS, you can offer your Singaporean shoppers a secure and familiar alternative to card payments, while also mitigating the risk of chargebacks.
How It Works
Once you’ve connected eNETS with BlueSnap Direct, shoppers meeting the requirements will see it as an available payment option at checkout.
After proceeding with the order, the shopper will be directed to the eNETS payment page where they can select their issuing bank, enter their banking credentials, and complete the transaction.
Orders placed with eNETS will appear in your control panel as BlueSnap Direct (eNETS) in the Payment Method field. eNETS orders share the same fulfillment process as typical orders.
Requirements and Limitations
- Your store must meet the following criteria:
- You must have SGD as an available transactional currency.
- Your store must use Optimized One-Page Checkout.
- Shopper Requirements
- Shoppers must be located in Singapore.
- Shoppers must have SGD selected as their transaction currency.
- Limitations
- Manual capture is not supported.
