Zip is a Buy Now, Pay Later payment solution that gives your shoppers the freedom to pay for their products in a way that works for them. Zip takes the hassle out of offering delayed payments by transferring funds to you up front and automatically handling installments
This article contains information specific to the Zip integration available via Adyen. To learn more about the standalone payment gateway, see Connecting with Zip.
How It Works
Once connected, shoppers who meet the requirements will see Zip as a payment option at checkout.
When the shopper proceeds with their order, they will be taken to the Zip payment page where they can log into their existing Zip account or create a new one in order to select their installment schedule and complete the transaction.
Once the order has been placed, it will appear in your control panel as zip (via gateway) in the Payment Method field. Orders placed using Zip share the same fulfillment process as typical orders.
