A point of sale (POS) system is a combination of hardware and software that enables merchants to take orders and accept payments in a real-world setting like a brick-and-mortar store, food truck or industry trade show.
There are many benefits to using a POS, such as accepting payments online and in-person, syncing inventory between your online and brick-and-mortar store, and even creating products in the POS to be "pushed" and added to your BigCommerce store.

Merchants who already have a POS solution can connect it to BigCommerce to sync inventory and order data. BigCommerce supports many of the most popular POS platforms in the industry, including:

Navigate to Channel Manager in your control panel to add a new POS channel. If you do not see your POS listed under Point of Sale, try searching the App Marketplace.
