Touch ‘n Go is one of the most popular digital wallets available in Malaysia. Over 18 million shoppers use Touch ‘n Go daily for in-store and online retail purchases, parking and toll payments, fund transfers, bill payments, and more.
How It Works
Once connected, shoppers who meet the requirements will see Touch ‘n Go as an available payment method at checkout.
After proceeding with the order, the shopper will be taken to the Touch ‘n Go app to complete their payment if they are placing the order on their mobile device. If they are using a desktop, they can scan a QR code to complete payment in the app.
Shoppers paying with Touch ‘n Go on their mobile device who do not have the app installed will be redirected to the Touch ‘n Go mobile browser. From there, they can confirm the payment with their phone number and a PIN.
After the order has been placed, it will appear in your control panel as touchngo (via gateway) in the Payment Method field. Orders placed with Touch ‘n Go share the same fulfillment process as typical orders.
