Your products list is where you can view and manage your store’s catalog. The Single-Channel Product List is present in stores that are not using any additional sales or storefront channels, and it provides settings for sorting, filtering, editing, and exporting products individually or in bulk.
If you have an external channel set up in Channel Manager, such as Amazon or WordPress, your store is using the Multi-Channel Product List and you will have the option to upgrade to the latest product list, the default experience for stores with Multi-Storefront enabled.

Viewing Products
To access the product list and view your products, go to Products › View. Here, you can view basic information about your products, such as Product Name, Image, SKU, Stock Level, and Price.
By default, products are displayed from newest to oldest. Click on one of the columns at the top to change how your products are sorted. You can sort products alphabetically by name or SKU, by stock level, and by price.
To revert back to displaying products from newest to oldest, create a custom view and set the sort order by ID in Descending order.
Use the Filter by Keyword field to search for specific products by their identifiers, such as name, SKU, and keywords.
You can filter your products into subgroups using the pre-made tabs at the top of the product list. The following filters are available:
- Featured — all products marked as Featured
- Free Shipping — all products with product-level free shipping enabled
- Last Import — products that were included in the most recent CSV import
- Out Of Stock — products with zero stock. This does not include products with inventory tracking disabled.
- Not Visible — products with visibility toggled off
- Visible — products with visibility toggled on
Product Actions
Several product-level tasks can be performed in the product list. Click the Action icon next to a product to view the available actions.
- View — takes you to the product's page in the storefront
- View in Page Builder — opens the product’s page in Page Builder
- Edit — make edits to your product
- Copy — creates a copy of your product and prompts you to edit the copy
- View Orders — view all orders placed for this product
To perform an action on multiple products at once, check the boxes next to each product and select an action from the Choose an Action dropdown.
- Bulk Edit — edit multiple products at once within the control panel.
- List These Products on eBay — this action is deprecated; instead, connect to an eBay app in Channel Manager to list products on eBay
- Export These Products — downloads selected products as a CSV export file
Creating a Custom View
Custom views allow you to quickly access product filters and searches you frequently use while managing your catalog. This is especially helpful when you need to filter for products associated with a specific brand or keyword, or to generate merchandising reports on quantities sold and inventory levels during a range of time.
To create a custom view, click the Custom Views tab in Products › View and select create a new view.
Set a name for this view. This name is only visible in the control panel.
Set your filters using the available fields, organized by section. The fields in Advanced Search allow you to filter by:
- keywords(s)
- starting letter of the product name
- brand names
- categories
In Search by Range, you can filter products by price range, quantity sold, inventory level, and products below their low stock level.
Use the fields in Search by Setting to filter by:
- product visibility
- featured products
- free shipping (by product setting, not by shipping zone or promotion)
- product availability
Sort Order allows you to display products in ascending or descending order by the following fields:
- Product ID
- Product SKU
- In Stock
- Product Name
- Price
- Visible
After you save your changes, the product results of your new custom view will display. You can always use this saved custom view again by selecting Custom Views from the top of the View Products page.
FAQ
Can I view my products' stock levels from the product list?
Yes. If you are tracking inventory on a product, you can hover your cursor over the bar in the Stock Level column to view the product’s current stock and low stock level. If the inventory information displays Order More: Yes, your product has fallen below the low stock level or is out of stock.
How do I switch to the new product list experience?
Some stores may have a banner at the top of the current product list page that advertises the new experience. Click View updates to switch the new product list.
If you do not see a banner, you can upgrade by going to Channel Manager, then clicking the + Create channel button at the top right of the page. On the next page, click Request more storefront seats to display a requirements list for enabling multi-storefront management. Click the Update button next to Latest version of product list required.
