How It Works

Once connected, shoppers meeting the requirements will see Przelewy24 as an available payment option at checkout.

After proceeding with the order, they will be taken to the Przelewy24 payment page to select their bank and enter their credentials.

When the order is placed, it will appear in your control panel as gateway (Przelewy24) or Przelewy24 (via gateway) in the Payment Method field. Orders placed using Przelewy24 share the same fulfillment process as typical orders.

Requirements and Limitations

  • Your store must meet the following criteria:
  • Shopper Requirements
    • Shoppers must use an address in Poland at checkout.
  • Limitations
    • Manual capture is not supported by any Przelewy24 integration.
 
 

Supported Gateways

Braintree

  • Additional Setup
    • Check the Enable alternative payment methods box and select Przelewy24 from the dropdown menu in Braintree Settings within your BigCommerce control panel.
  • Shopper Requirements
    • Shopper's transaction currency must be EUR.

Checkout.com

  • Additional Setup
    • Your store must be located in the EU or the UK.
    • Your store must have PLN or EUR as an available transactional currency.
    • Contact your Checkout.com Customer Success Manager or reach out to Checkout.com Support to enable it on your Checkout.com account.
    • Toggle Enable Przelewy24 in Checkout.com Settings within your BigCommerce control panel.
  • Shopper Requirements
    • Shoppers must have PLN or EUR selected as their transaction currency.
  • Limitations
    • Funds are not captured on the same day.
    • Transactions must be voided from your Checkout.com dashboard.

Mollie

  • Additional Setup
    • You must request Przelewy24 to be added to your Nexi XPay merchant account. To request Przelewy24, complete this contract and return it to PPRO, Nexi's Partner.
    • You must enable Przelewy24 in your Nexi merchant account under the Alternative Payments menu with the ID you received from PPRO.
  • Limitations
    • Refunds are possible only after funds have been received and the transaction has the Accounted status in your merchant account.

Is Przelewy24 available with other payment gateways?

Przelewy24 can only be offered via the gateways listed above. However, Przelewy24 has partnered with Adyen to offer Online Banking Poland, which supports bank transfer payments with Poland's major banks.
