MobilePay is the most popular digital wallet in Denmark and Finland. More than 5 million shoppers use MobilePay to make quick and easy payments from their mobile device. By removing the need to manually enter credit card details, you can reduce friction at checkout and increase conversion rates in your store.
How It Works
Once connected, shoppers that meet the requirements will see MobilePay as an available payment method at checkout.
Upon proceeding with their order, the shopper will be taken to the MobilePay app to complete their payment if they are placing the order on their mobile device. If they are using a different device, they will be prompted to enter their mobile number in order to complete the payment in the app.
When the order is placed, it will appear in your control panel as mobilepay (via gateway) in the Payment Method field. Orders placed using MobilePay share the same fulfillment process as typical orders.
