Domestic shipments are charged either by actual weight or cubic weight (dimensional weight), whichever is greater. International shipments are charged only by actual weight.

Need to change your package dimensions? You can set factoring dimensions in the Physical Dimension Settings menu located in SettingsGeneral. To learn more about how Factoring Dimension affects shipping calculation, see Understanding the Shipping Calculator.

FAQ

I have multiple storefronts, can I use a different Australia Post account for each storefront?

No. While you can toggle shipping methods on or off per storefront, the Connection tab is a global setting. You can only connect one Australia Post account per store.
