GrabPay is a popular payment method in Southeast Asia, developed by Grab. Millions of shoppers use the GrabPay mobile wallet for in-store and online purchases, as well as food delivery, ride shares, and fund transfers. With features like bypassing credit card entry and in-app payment authentication, GrabPay creates a secure, hassle-free checkout experience for your shoppers.
How It Works
Once you’ve connected GrabPay, shoppers meeting the requirements will see it as an available payment option at checkout.
When the shopper proceeds with the order, they will be redirected to the GrabPay payment page and prompted to enter their mobile number. From there, they will receive a one-time password in the Grab app to validate and complete the transaction.
After the order is placed, it will appear in your control panel as GrabPay (via gateway) in the Payment Method field. Orders placed using GrabPay share the same fulfillment process as typical orders.
