BigCommerce University is our collection of self-paced courses, remote coaching, and in-person training for entire teams to ensure that everyone at your business has a solid understanding of the BigCommerce platform.

You can purchase coaching service packages and on-demand training directly from the Account Dashboard. Click on University in the top menu and select the educational service that best suits your business needs. If you have multiple stores on your account, you will be able to select which store you wish to receive training on. If you already have a payment method on file for your store’s plan, you’ll be on your way with only a few clicks.

In-person training can be purchased by completing this responsive form, and we will follow up with you.

After purchasing a service, you will receive an email with instructions on scheduling your coaching sessions or taking your courses. If you purchased On-Demand Training or BigDev Services, you can access them by logging into BigCommerce University from the merchant or partner sign-in page respectively.

• Enterprise — Your coach will provide a comprehensive review of the BigCommerce platform (store setup, marketing, SEO, checkout, etc.) and the app ecosystem.
• Headless — Your coach will provide a comprehensive review of the platform and the app ecosystem tailored to headless merchants. Optional education on the BigCommerce for WordPress plugin is available.
• Expert B2B — Along with setting up core functionality for B2B success, your coach will cover customer groups, product filtering best practices, and more.
• Enterprise B2B — Your coach will provide a comprehensive review of the BigCommerce platform (core functionality, SEO, conversion rate optimization, paid advertising, etc.), all geared towards B2B merchants.

On-demand training is a self-paced curriculum of highly interactive modules, covering everything you need to successfully setup and manage your BigCommerce store. With access to course materials 24/7 from any device, anywhere, on-demand training allows you to set your own pace. If you prefer in-person learning over virtual, we offer two different options:

1. On-campus training at one of three BigCommerce locations (Austin, Sydney, London) for you and your team. A dedicated Senior Training Specialist will lead you through a week of intensive workshops and training, covering best practices for setting up and maintaining your store, while allowing you to network with other BigCommerce merchants and the BigCommerce team. You’ll be able to connect with BigCommere Executives, Implementation Managers, and Customer Success Managers.
2. On-site training will bring our knowledge expertise to your location. A dedicated Senior Training Specialist will work with you to create a learning plan and agenda that centers on your team’s ecommerce business needs. Over the course of a week, you’ll receive a customized learning experience, where your trainer and up to 10 attendees can deep dive into content that relates to you and your business goals.
