Troubleshooting | Incorrect Control Panel Timestamps
Check the following if you notice that the timestamps in your control panel are incorrect.
Example Order Timestamp:
1. Go to Store Setup › Store Settings, then click the Language & Date tab.
2. Scroll to the Date Settings section and verify that the following settings are correctly configured.
- Your Timezone
- Enable DST Correction?
- if checked 1 hour is added to your timezone’s time
The DST Correction setting should only be enabled when daylight savings time is being observed (generally from some time in March to November).
