Product List (Multi-Channel)

When you set up certain sales channels in Channel Manager, such as Amazon or BigCommerce for WordPress, we’ll automatically update your product list (ProductsView in your control panel). This update introduces functionality related to listing your products on multiple channels.

Note: Not all Channel Manager or marketplace apps enable the multi-channel product list. Some manage listings outside of BigCommerce.

Planned Updates: Stores using the multi-channel product list will be automatically updated to the latest version of the product list on April 1, 2024. There is no downtime or user action required for this change.

Checking Your Product Listings

The multi-channel product list features an Assigned To column that shows you which channels a product is included on, its current status (such as listed, pending, or rejected), and any errors that may be preventing the product from being included on a particular channel.

Quick Editing Your Products

Clicking on a product row will open a quick edit slide out. Here you can change the product’s name, SKU, stock (including variants), featured status, and default price — all without having to go to the full Edit Product page.

Bulk Actions

When you select one or more products, the Bulk Actions menu appears in the top right of the product list, allowing you to edit, export, list, hide, or delete multiple products at once.

  • Bulk Edit — This opens the Bulk Edit screen with the selected products. From here you can edit several product attributes, like name, price, and visibility.
  • Export — This will open the Export Products screen to set up an export of the select products.
  • Assign products to channels — This associates the selected product with a sales channel. For a product to be visible on a storefront using multiple channels, it must be both assigned to the channel and made visible on the storefront.
  • Unassign products from channels — This disassociates/removes the selected product from a sales channel.
  • Delete — Delete the selected products.
