Connecting with Chase Pay
Chase Pay® is a flexible digital payment platform (wallet) for all the ways customers pay. The Chase Pay button streamlines online checkout with the ability to preload card and shipping information. Customers sign in with their Chase credentials — the same way they log in to the Chase mobile banking app or chasepay.com. Any eligible cards are preloaded and automatically updated in Chase Pay, so customers just need to select which card they want to use. If you are interested in setting up Chase Pay, please read through the store requirements below.
Your store must be:
Setting up Chase Pay
Go to Store Setup › Payments. Expand the Digital Wallets section. Click Set up next to the Chase Pay option.
The next page displays a list of payment gateways that are compatible with Chase Pay.
Click Select next to the payment gateway you would like to use.
Configure the payment gateway. For steps on how to do this, click the link below for the payment gateway you have selected and follow the steps listed:
- Chase Integrated Payments
- Chase Merchant Services
- Authorize.Net - Note: You must be using Chase Paymentech (Chase Merchant Services) as your payment processor with Authorize.Net.
Once the payment gateway is configured, you can enable Chase Pay and click Save.
What fees are associated with Chase Pay?
There are no added fees or costs for merchants or shoppers to use Chase Pay.
Does Chase Pay support multiple shipping addresses?
No. Currently, multiple shipping addresses are not supported by Chase Pay. To accomplish this, please place separate orders.
How many payment gateways can I enable Chase Pay on?
Chase Pay can only be enabled for one payment gateway at a time.
